A/N: This is a fun song to listen to a thousand times over while writing. Actually, if you listen to it while reading, it works out pretty nicely as far as timing--didn't plan that much, but hey. If you could see my time line, this is based loosely on the idea of Severus and Harry forming some sort of a relationship in Harry's 6th year, and then the events of DH happening--with an obvious twist. It's actually a spin off of the ginormously huge Epic Snarry I'm trying to write that you will probably never see. So that's fun. Been a while since I wrote anything. Leave your comments in the box.

And rereading it, while it's probably not as good as something I could write now (I think it's predictable, but I wrote it so it should be predictable...I think) I still love it and think it's one of my favorites. So if it sucks, shut up. XP I actually changed the inscription on the Potter's grave after DH.

A/N: I wrote this forever ago. And part of me wants to continue on to what happens after this story, it is, after all, only Pre-slash and the potential is enormous, however I don't have the time, nor do I trust my skills (research and writing) enough to continue this by myself. It'd definately be a two person job, and if anybody is interested, I'd be more than happy to discuss the possibilities of co-authoring the rest of the story. However right now, this is all that there is. So! I hope every one enjoys this story as much as I enjoyed writing it (particularly some of the dialogue) and please leave me your thoughts!
